Discovery session
Two to three hours with you and the people who run your systems. You get a written map: what you have, where money leaks, where I would start.
Multiple systems. No single picture. Systems don’t talk to each other. The data is there. Decisions still run on gut feel. Staff lose hours building reports by hand.

I started on the floor, carrying room-service trays at 18, and moved abroad on my own at 19. Sales came next: four months without a single deal, then it worked. Since then I have run the commercial side of hotels, real estate companies and a booking platform across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Two things came out of that start. I tell people the truth, the CEO included, even when it is the last thing they want to hear. And I stay calm when things go wrong: that is usually when people start trusting me.
What I cannot walk past is work nobody questions: reports nobody reads, people doing what a machine could do, targets that mean nothing to the business.
Bring me a problem. I will find where it starts, how to fix it, and who should fix it with me.
Away from work there are two kids, a fishing rod and a sourdough starter that needs feeding.

I build them around your tasks. Some connect to the systems you already use, others run on their own.
Every system and data source in one place: PMS, channel manager, RMS, CRM, reviews, finance and more. It runs on your company’s own AI account, and guest personal data is removed before AI sees it.
It learns how you work and what you care about. You stop explaining the same thing a hundred times, and it becomes an extension of you.

Commercial leadership, full-time or part-time, worldwide. I build the team and the technology that grow your revenue.
A build scoped to your task: a control room, an automation or a set of modules. Scope and price come out of the discovery session.
The discovery session takes two to three hours. After that it depends on how your systems can be reached: a module on an API goes in faster than one on weekly exports. You get the plan and dates with the written map.
No. Everything reads from the systems you already run. Branded and franchise hotels run fully on the exports they already receive.
During discovery I work with your IT lead and the people who run each system. They know where the data breaks.
It stays on a hotel machine or your own cloud server. Guest data is depersonalised there before anything reaches the AI model, and the account is in your name.
Yes. I work remotely or on site, worldwide.
Nothing technical. I set it up, you talk to it in plain language, and you get a runbook for everything it does.
Everything keeps running. The code, documentation and runbook sit in your repository, and anyone who works with AI tools can pick it up.
